Realtime Reporting
We provide, at additional cost, immediate translation into fully readable text as the proceeding is being reported.
Videotaped Depositions
We will arrange and confirm certified videographers.
Videoconferencing
We provide a facility to videoconference from Phoenix and will help you set up the videoconferencing in your area. Videoconferencing saves travel time and costs, and provides realtime viewing of the testifying witness.
Audio Transcription
We transcribe and provide you certified transcripts of court proceedings, interviews, statements, or any other audio files you need.
Transcripts
Regular turnaround time is 10 calendar days. Transcripts are available in hard copy or electronic formats.
Rough Draft Copies
Rough draft copies are available and provided upon request, at additional cost.
Expedited Delivery
Expedited transcripts (2-3 days), or same-day transcripts are provided upon request, at additional cost. Advanced notice of rush delivery requests is recommended.
Electronic Transcripts
Electronic transcripts are available; most common is the PDF Bundle, which is very user-friendly and can be viewed from your tablet or phone. It is easy to email to administrative staff, clients, consulting experts, or co-counsel. Our electronic transcripts include a full-sized copy, condensed copy, index, .txt file, and any exhibits used. All files can be printed, searched and exported. (Exhibits can be searched, if applicable to the document.)
Exhibits
All exhibits are scanned and searchable in electronic transcripts. The scanned PDF exhibits are hyperlinked to the transcript. Each time there is a reference within the transcript to “Exhibit 1” or “Exhibit No. 1” or “No. 1,” these references will be hyperlinks that you can click on and the PDF of Exhibit 1 will open up for your reference.
